A MyJobInsight report is a comprehensive employer intelligence report that analyzes a company across 6 dimensions: workplace culture, legal & compliance, financial health, leadership, stability, and public perception. It aggregates data from 100+ public sources into a single, actionable document.

We analyze public data from employee review platforms (Glassdoor, Indeed, Blind, Comparably), court records, SEC filings, OSHA databases, news outlets, social media, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and dozens of other public sources. We never use private or confidential data.

The overall score (1-10) is a weighted composite of the 6 dimension scores. Each dimension is scored based on data volume, consistency across sources, and severity of findings. A confidence level indicates how reliable the score is based on data availability.

Reports are typically delivered within minutes of payment. In rare cases where additional data processing is needed, delivery may take up to 48 hours. You’ll receive it by email as a PDF.

We can generate reports for most companies with a public presence. Very small businesses or very new companies may have limited public data, which will be reflected in a lower confidence score.

During our launch period, reports cost $39 each (regular price $49). This is a one-time payment per report — no subscription or recurring charges.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. All transactions are secured with bank-level encryption.

Yes. If the report doesn’t provide useful information about the company, contact us at hello@myjobinsight.com within 7 days for a full refund. No questions asked.

Yes. We do not share your search queries or purchase history with anyone, including the companies you research. Your activity is completely confidential.

No. Our analysis uses only publicly available data. Companies are never notified when a report is generated about them.

Yes. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act. You can opt out of data collection at any time via the cookie banner on our site, or by contacting us at hello@myjobinsight.com.

No. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

MyJobInsight is an independent employer intelligence platform. We are funded by report sales, not by employers. This ensures our analysis is unbiased and always in the interest of job seekers.

Individual reviews can be biased, fake, or outdated. Our reports cross-reference 100+ sources across 6 dimensions to identify patterns, not anecdotes. When reviews say one thing but legal records say another, we flag the discrepancy.
