1. Service Description

MyJobInsight provides employer intelligence reports based on publicly available information. Reports are generated using automated analysis of public data sources and are intended for informational purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser. You may not: resell reports, use them for defamation or harassment, or represent them as your own analysis. You may share reports with your personal advisors (career coaches, mentors).

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect previously completed purchases.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If the report does not provide useful information about the requested company, contact us at hello@myjobinsight.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Limitations

Reports are based on publicly available data and automated analysis. They are not legal advice, financial advice, or employment recommendations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all information. Use reports as one input in your decision-making process.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyJobInsight’s total liability for any claim arising from use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
